Booking and makeup policy

When paying your deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, your deposit is non refundable or transferable due to your cancellation or change of mind.

Cancelling your appointment 1-48 hours before your appointment will result in no refund and full price of appointment if not already paid is due upon your cancellation.

Your remaining balance is due Via bank transfer ( details given in appt confirmation email) 48 hours prior to your appointment, a reminder email will be sent out to you a few days before your appointment. If you fail to to pay before this allocated time your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. If you have failed to supply Laura with accurate information i.e Allergies or skin conditions before or during your application she is not responsible for makeup longevity or reactions.

Makeup up keep, is your responsibility Laura is not responsible for the longevity of your makeup, if you fail to make Laura aware of any prescription skin medication or any skin care that could interrupt, react with the makeup she is not responsible legally or financially and no refunds will be given for any reactions/ irritation or discolouration. This is YOUR responsibility to research what ingredients you could possibly react to and to let Laura know ahead of time, not on the day of your appointment. Laura has the right to turn your application away without refund if she feels you are being dishonest, or are at risk of a reaction. If a reaction has happened in studio or during your appointment and Laura was aware of you medications and products that shouldn’t be used then an appropriate refund will be given, this will be less travel cost. If you have a reaction after you have left your appointment, this is not Lauras responsibility and no refund will be given. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to these conditions.

Once you leave the studio it is your responsibility to up keep the makeup.
